Return & Refund Policy
Crew Supply Global mainly serves wholesale buyers. All wholesale orders are confirmed manually before payment and shipment.
Returns or refunds may be accepted only in the following situations:
- Wrong item shipped
- Serious product quality issue
- Missing items caused by our fulfillment error
Buyers must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the goods and provide photos, videos and order details.
We do not accept returns caused by wrong size selection, change of mind, customs delay or buyer-side order mistakes after confirmation.
Approved refunds or replacements will be handled case by case.
